MP SEEKS FEEDBACK ON BLACK SPOTS

People who experience mobile phone black spots in their community or out on the road are being urged to contact South West MLC Colin Holt to lodge their concerns.

 

Mr Holt has advised he will pass on information about black spots and inadequate coverage to the
provider who is awarded the tender for the Regional Mobile Communications Project. The Regional Mobile Communications Project is a $39.2m project funded through Royalties for Regions which aims to improve the coverage of mobile phones and radio communications in regional WA. Contracts are expected to be
awarded early in 2012.

“ This funding won‟t solve every issue relating to coverage black spots but it is a strong start,” said
