PART TIME - BUILDING SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
The position is for 20 hours per week, (ideally 9am – 2pm Monday to Thursday but can be negotiated). The role is required to provide timely and efficient administrative support for the Principle Building Surveyor and Maintenance Officer as well as accurate and timely information and advice to customers and stakeholders relating to building control, operations and maintenance.
The position requires strong time management skills, initiative and work ethic, alongside attention to detail, well-developed communication skills (written and verbal) and intermediate to advanced IT skills.
Salary will be Level 2.1 of the Adult Local Government Officers (WA) Award 2011 and Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes Enterprise Agreement.
